6.Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Noori Store. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mail@nooristore.pk to receive a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Eaisypaisa, Jazzcash, Sadapay, Bank Islami. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your payment information.

Your payment details are encrypted and processed directly by the payment gateway; we do not store or have access to your credit card information.

9. Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
